Ms. ManjuYagnik has been associated with Nahar Group for over three decades now. Having graduated from Kurukshetra University, it was in 1990 that she decided to enter the real estate industry by joining Nahar, a profession that was challenging but matched her passion.
She is known for her core expertise viz. project planning, product development, and marketing strategies. Her dynamism reflects in her process-driven and optimum result-oriented approach and always keeps a pulse on changing market scenarios and utilizes her knowledge effectively. From creating unique land spaces or coming up with unique initiatives for consumers to understanding consumer behavior, being a decision-maker, managing people, she has spearheaded every activity in this group since then.
Her awareness and understanding of the Indian consumer have evolved the group to provide an integrated platform to the global consumer stipulation and this paradigm shift necessitates a transformation in the mindset and thus the product offerings. Ms. ManjuYagnik has planned Nahar'sAmrit Shakti intending to bring home luxuries offered by projects acclaimed globally. Barberry and Bryony are conceived and created to meet every expectation of the evolving Indian and global consumers ranging from space, aesthetics, luxurious amenities, and view.
Her areas of expertise across functions are land acquisition, planning, interacting with architects, landscape designers, structural specialists, construction, vendor negotiations, marketing, customer development, and service across the globe, among others in the real estate business. She has successfully designed marketing and communication plan for NRIs, and met them by visiting the USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, UAE & other GCC countries around the world - currently, over 30% of residents are NRIs.
Besides her extremely busy schedule, Ms. Yagnik also takes a keen professional and personal interest in social, educational, sports, and cultural activities. She has been a state-level hockey player and has played and various accolades in her name. Her dream of living a healthy life is reflected in her work as well. She is very passionate about rifle shooting, flying, and owns a flying license as well. Her love for travel to various undiscovered places of the world, and has adopted the cultures and customs of the place in various projects.
She has been associated with Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (2014), announced by the Prime Minister of India Mr. NarendraModi on 15th Aug 2014, Independence Day, and launched on 2nd Oct 2014, Gandhi Jayanti. Her support for girl child through Salam Beti has saved the girl child from foeticide, with her playing a pivotal role. She has also been active with Mumbai Mobile Creches to create a stimulating environment for social and physical wellbeing for workers at the construction sites.
Her dedication has resulted in the Nahar Group winning several awards, including many prestigious accolades like The Economic Times' Best Realty Brands Of The Year 2015, MCHI Dubai 2011 - Critics Award — Participants’ Choice, Excellence in Innovative Marketing and Excellence in Design Development, also awarded with the National Achievement Award for Construction Excellence’ by Lokmat. She has also received the Star Award for ‘Woman Entrepreneur of the year’, ABP News Woman Super Achiever in Real Estate Sector Award, Construction Woman of The Year, and Best Township of The Year, for Nahar’sAmrit Shakti Award 2015 among many others. She has been invited internationally as the lead speaker to present several papers on the subject of ‘Construction Standards and Real Estate Opportunities in Emerging India.’
