With over 23 year of experience, Harish Nair is the Executive Director of CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd's consulting division. Having been associated with CBRE for over 20 years now, he leads the firm's advisory practice in India.

Harish’s portfolio is enriched with provision of advisory services to the government, corporate, fund, and developer segments. He has advised on a wide range of projects, including feasibility studies for industrial townships, residential townships, retail malls, commercial land exploitation of airport real estate, integrated mixeduse complexes, hospitality related projects, and privatisation mandates.

Harish holds a master’s in Finance& Marketing from International Management Institute, New Delhi. With his extensive experience in the division, Harish is integral to CBRE’s growth story.
