Mr. Amit Raaj Jain, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at BPTP Ltd., completed his Civil Engineering in 1993 and went on to receive his MBA degree in Marketing in 1995. Fresh from university he entered the world of real estate as a Management Trainee with the Ansals group in 1995. It was while working with Ansals that Mr. Jain learned the ropes of real estate and made the leap from sales to managing projects. He awards immense importance to the time he spent with Ansals, where he learned some of the most significant lessons of the real estate trade.
After spending six years with Ansals, Mr. Jain joined Mahindra Gesco Developers Ltd. in 2001 as a part of their Marketing group. Here, he was awarded the challenging task of setting up the company’s residential sales division. The trials and tribulations that came with the task helped him acquire valuable experience in the intricacies of sales management.
Mr. Jain went on to join Unitech Ltd. in 2002 and stayed with the company for a year. His time with Unitech was professionally stimulating as he was asked to launch Unitech’s most coveted project at the time – Great India Place in NOIDA. The mall has gone on to become one of the company’s most successful ventures in the retail space.
In 2003, Mr. Jain accepted an opportunity to work with BPTP Ltd., which was at the time an emerging real estate company. Many of his acquaintances asked him to reconsider his decision, considering he was moving from an already established company to one that was still evolving. However, Mr. Jain saw limitless opportunities in joining the company and recognized BPTP’s potential to become a respected real estate developer. Under the guidance of BPTP’s visionary Chairman & Managing Director Kabul Chawla, Mr. Jain has seen the growth of the company from a small team to a large family. BPTP today is one of the most respected brands in the industry.
As Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at BPTP Ltd., Mr. Jain manages a diverse team of individuals and carries the overall responsibility for residential & commercial marketing, and branding for all new, and existing projects. Mr. Jain has spent more than 25 years in the real estate business and has been involved in every aspect of this diverse segment. His experience extends across the residential, commercial and retail arms of the real estate sector.
