Vikaash Khdloya is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Embassy REIT, India’s 1st listed REIT, sponsored by Embassy Group and Blackstone. Vikaash has over 20 years of experience out of which 14 years has been focused on the real estate sector. At Embassy REIT, Vikaash is part of the core team which launched the first REIT in India. Embassy REIT got listed on the National Stock Exchange in April 2019 and it is Asia’s largest office REIT by area, comprising over 42.4 million square feet of business parks and city-center offices across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Noida, and Pune.

Prior to his role in Embassy REIT, Vikaash was the Managing Director for Blackstone India - Real Estate group. At Blackstone, Vikaash was involved in direct asset management for the Real Estate group’s investments in India with primary focus on its commercial office portfolio. In the past, Vikaash has also worked as a Vice President at Piramal Fund Management (erstwhile Indiareit) and as the Chief Financial Officer at Gameshastra Solutions Private Limited.

Academically, Vikaash is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Gold Medalist, secured Rank 1 in India), a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Internal Auditor, and a CFA® charter holder. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce with distinction from Osmania University in India.

Vikaash has also co-founded EPICS (Earnest People’s Initiative for a Caring Society), a venture philanthropy focused on education and healthcare of impoverished children in India.
