Sharad is a senior investment professional with over two decades of successful track record in advising and investing in real estate. He has led deployment of ~USD1.7 bn of equity capital across multiple asset classes and has led transactions worth ~USD1.0 bn across the capital stack. At Knight Frank, Sharad is responsible for capital raising, vanilla and structured debt, investment sales, acquisitions, equity financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate capital markets for all asset classes consisting of commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and industrial properties.
